Lotus Liaison provides independent, practical family liaison and on-the-ground support across Southeast Asia.
We assist families dealing with serious incidents involving relatives, expatriates, travellers and long-term residents overseas, including bereavement, missing persons, serious illness, hospitalisation, accidents, welfare concerns and urgent family situations.
Our role is to help bridge the practical gap between the family at home and the authorities, hospitals, embassies, consular services, police, funeral providers and other organisations operating locally.
We are not an embassy, insurance company, legal practice or emergency service. Instead, we provide something different: a trusted person on the ground who can help coordinate what needs to happen.
